Great location, outstanding service, very clean and lovely apartment. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Very highly recommended place that easily can accommodate family of 4-6 people.

Location alone could not be better. Our suite was perfect very very comfortable and clean. Access was seamless and did appreciate the texting communication. I’m not sure if it’s a seasonal complementary service, but there was no continental type of breakfast in the mornings I was under the impression from the photos online. But honestly, it was not a big deal at all did not hinder or hurt our stay we went ahead and tried to rebook a couple weeks from now, but not surprised very popular location and spot, they’re booked all the way through July lol we’ll keep looking and hopefully something will open up a lot sooner.
What an AMAZING PROPERTY! My family and I just recently stayed here and may I say WOW! First off you feel like you're in Europe. Clean , clean , clean ! The set up is beautiful! The location is perfection! What a FABULOUS GEM! We cannot wait til we visit again!!!!!! Christine B. Boston

Just returned from a wonderful vacation at PCH. The one bed-room suit was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make quick meals. The location is perfect. you will be close to all of the action in Newport. Hunter, Bonnie and the rest of the team there did everything they could to ensure we were comfortable. We cannot wait to return there in the near future. Book with confidence. You will not regret it.

Close to kilwins ice cream shop, the arcade and several restaurants. 6 min walk to the Block Island ferry.

Felt very safe there.

close to everything. The location is Ideal.
Food & drinks
Really enjoyed Kilwins and the Brick alley restaurant. they were both about a 5 min walk.
