Cancellation Policy

Pelham Court Hotel maintains a flexible cancellation policy that varies seasonally. Standard cancellation windows range from 48 hours to 10 days prior to arrival, depending on the time of year and the type of reservation.

Example: Five-Day Policy
For reservations with a five-day cancellation window, any cancellation or change must be made at least 120 hours before the scheduled arrival to avoid a charge equal to 70% of the total stay (plus tax). A $20 administrative fee may apply to all cancellations.

If Pelham Court Hotel agrees to adjust or move a reservation inside the cancellation period as a courtesy, the revised reservation becomes non-modifiable and non-refundable.

All reservations are subject to a Force Majeure clause, protecting guests and the property in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond either party’s control.

Check In/Check Out

Check in time is 3:30pm. Check out time is 11am. We provide parking for arrivals after 12 pm on day of check-in.

Smoking

Pelham Court Hotel is a 100% nonsmoking property. Violators will be subject to fines of upwards of $500.

Pets

We are a Dog friendly hotel. Subject to limited fees and availability. There is no charge for Service Animals, i.e. “Task Trained Animal”. Emotional support animals do not fall into the category of “Task Trained”.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available. One registered car per Studio Suite and 1 Bedroom Condo. The Two Bedroom and Three Bedroom offer 2 parking spots for registered cars. Pelham Court Hotel at Bellevue offers street parking or paid parking only.

Requirements

Pelham Court Hotel is committed to providing an exceptional stay for our guests. We do enforce a “quiet time” for the hotel and “right to peaceful enjoyment”. There is a zero tolerance for parties, unless, it has been approved by Management.
