Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy varies by season. Depending on the time of year and the type of reservation, the cancellation window ranges from 48 hours to 10 days before arrival.

Example: five-day policy

With a five-day cancellation window, any cancellation or change must be made at least 120 hours before your scheduled arrival to avoid a charge equal to 70% of the total stay (plus tax). A $20 administrative fee may apply to all cancellations.

If we agree, as a courtesy, to adjust or move a reservation within the cancellation period, the revised reservation becomes non-modifiable and non-refundable.

All reservations are subject to a Force Majeure clause, which protects guests and the property in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond either party’s control.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is at 3:30 pm and check-out is at 11 am. We provide parking for arrivals after 12 pm on the day of check-in. We’re not able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If your suite is ready early, we’ll text you, and you’re welcome to leave your bags in the office.

Smoking

Pelham Court Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property. Violators will be subject to a $350 smoking fee.

Pets

We’re a dog-friendly hotel, and we welcome one dog per suite for $75 per stay, subject to availability. Please register your dog when you book; unregistered dogs are subject to a $250 fee. There is no charge for service animals (task-trained animals). Emotional support animals do not fall into the task-trained category.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available: one registered car for the Studio Suite and One Bedroom Suite, and two spots for registered cars with the Two Bedroom and Three Bedroom Suites. Pelham Court Hotel at Bellevue offers street parking or paid parking only.

House Rules

We’re committed to providing an exceptional stay for every guest. We enforce quiet time throughout the hotel and every guest’s right to peaceful enjoyment. We have zero tolerance for parties unless approved by management.

Payment & credit card: A valid credit card must be provided no later than 5 days before arrival to secure your reservation. Any changes to the credit card on file after this deadline will be subject to a processing fee.

Room condition & cleaning: To keep our suites in pristine condition, confetti, glitter, and streamers are strictly prohibited. Any guest found using these materials will be subject to an immediate $250 restoration fee to cover professional deep cleaning and room downtime.
