A: We’re just steps from Thames Street, the harbor, and top Newport attractions like the Cliff Walk and local beaches.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is at 3:30 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Q: Do the units have a washer and dryer?
A: No, but we offer a wash, dry & fold service starting at $35.00.

Q: Is daily housekeeping included?
A: In-room housekeeping is available by request through our e-check-in system. We respect guest privacy and offer fresh towels or amenities anytime upon request.

Q: How do I check in?
A: We offer contactless check-in with secure key-code entry. You’ll receive your personalized access code and arrival instructions by text message on the day of your stay.

Q: Does the hotel have an elevator?
A: No — as a restored 1870s property, the hotel does not have an elevator. If you prefer a ground-floor suite, please contact us prior to booking and we’ll be happy to accommodate when possible.

Q: Is there a minimum-night stay?
A: Minimum stays vary by season and room type. During peak season and holiday weekends, a two- to three-night minimum may apply.
