Pelham Court Hotel reflects the artful and conscientious restoration of a historic 1870s carriage house—beautifully expanded to create a tranquil retreat less than a block from Thames Street and the heart of downtown Newport, RI.

The original carriage house stands proudly on the left side of the property, complemented by a thoughtfully designed courtyard building on the right. Connecting the two is our serene garden courtyard, a private haven filled with Old World charm where guests are welcome to gather, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Pelham Court.
