An advance deposit of the first night’s
room and tax will be charged at time of booking and the balance
of the stay will be due upon arrival.
C A N C E L L A T I O N S:
Pelham Court Hotel has a 7 day cancellation
policy. Any reservations cancelled 7 days prior to arrival will
be fully refunded the first night’s deposit whereas any
cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will forfeit
the advance deposit.

Rates are based on double occupancy. For each additional person
in a suite, there is a $20 charge per person per day.

E N T S:
A stay minimum of 2 nights is required for weekends during the
peak months of May-October.
