Below are the architect's drawings of Pelham Court Hotel & Condominium. The building on the left is the original, historic Carriage Barn with eight one-bedroom suites. The building on the right is the Courtyard building which contains two one-bedroom units, one two-level two-bedroom unit, and one three-level three-bedroom unit.
