Because of Pelham Court’s downtown location and specialized management, our condominiums can be offered for rent by the night, week or the month though one of Newport Rhode Island’s finest hotels.

The flexibility of the rental program allows Pelham Court Condominium owners the ability to use their units whenever they choose, and derive income from them whenever they choose not to be in residence.
