a Pelham Court condominium unit. The Courtyard building, which is
presently under construction and scheduled for occupancy in midsummer,
will offer four condominium units for sale. There will be 2 one
bedroom units, 1 two-bedroom unit and 1 three bedroom unit available.
All condominium units will be finished to the highest standard and
will be fully furnished.
Pelham Court Condominium owners may occupy
their units whenever they choose, however they have the optional
advantage of participating in the hotel rental program. Most vacation
rentals of condominiums in Newport are limited to monthly intervals
by local zoning laws. Because of Pelham Court’s downtown
location and specialized management, the units can be offered for
rent by the night, week or the month. The flexibility of the rental
program allows Pelham Court Hotel owners the ability to use their
units whenever they choose, and derive income from them whenever
they choose not to be in residence. Depending on how long the unit
is placed in the rental pool, the rental revenue can partially
or potentially completely offset the cost of owning your Newport
vacation home.
